Career-Ready Cycle

Building your Career is a science.

Making the most of your college experience and deciding on a career path is a complex process that evolves as you grow and change. The Experiential Learning Office is here to support you throughout this process.

We guide you through the experimentation process answering:

  • What values and interests drive me?
  • How can my career align with these values?

We treat career exploration and development as an experimental process, applying the scientific method to the question “What’s next for you?”. You’ll form hypotheses about career interests, design and conduct experiments (informational interviews, work experience, and more), analyze the results, and refine your goals based on your findings. This iterative process helps clarify and solidify your career goals.
