Sarah is the Director of Experiential Learning & Education Abroad in the College of Natural Science. Sarah earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame, her Master of Education from the University of Illinois, and is a Ph.D. candidate in Higher, Adult, and Lifelong Education at MSU. When not working or studying, Sarah enjoys photography, musical theatre, and the New York Times crossword puzzle.

Gabby is the Undergraduate Recruitment Coordinator for the College of Natural Science. Gabby got her Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University and her Master of Arts from Michigan State University (double Spartan status!!). Gabby loves to go for hikes, travel, and experimenting with new recipes in her free time.

Christina is the Career Exploration Advisor for the College of Natural Science. She empowers students to have meaningful experiences which foster their personal growth and professional success. Her multidisciplinary approach to career exploration and readiness integrates insights from various fields, resulting in resources and workshops that blend theoretical knowledge with practical skills. Christina’s commitment to helping students understand and navigate the unwritten expectations and misconceptions of career development further promotes their access to opportunities and success in their chosen fields. 

Christina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Arts and Humanities and a Master of Arts in Student Affairs Administration from Michigan State University, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.  

Outside of work, Christina can be found maintaining her Duolingo streak, reading library books, and working on creative projects with friends. She is a proud recipient of the President’s Volunteer Service Award: Lifetime Achievement awarded by President Biden and is an AmeriCorps alumna and member of Phi Beta Kappa honor society.

Kyle Thompson (he/him)
Career Consultant

Kyle is the Career Consultant for the College of Natural Science. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Music and a Master of Arts in Higher Education/Student Affairs from Eastern Michigan University. He aims to assist students with anything pertaining to the job search process. If you need help making a resume, fine-tuning your resume, preparing for an interview, or even negotiating your job offer, Kyle is here to help. Hopefully you see him around campus tabling, presenting in classes, or giving workshops to the students of NatSci.

Outside of work, Kyle is an active musician both teaching and performing. He plays in local theatre productions as a member of the pit orchestra as a woodwind specialist. If he isn’t working or performing or teaching, he is at home relaxing with his partner and two cats Frisco Bartholomew and Lucille Rose.

Coffee order: Before hitting the road to work, Kyle always makes an Iced Latte with Vanilla and Caramel Drizzle. Iced Butter Bears from Biggby are also a personal favorite.
