If you’re unsure of where you want to go from here, a helpful tip would be to share what you’ve learned so far that may help you in your future career. Most family members are asking these questions out of curiosity and are simply looking to start a conversation, to take the pressure off your future let’s reflect on the past.

- Speak on your successes, big and small. This will not only boost your confidence, but it also brings the focus of the conversation to the present rather than the future
