Winter Break Worksheet
Step 1: Rewind, let’s reflect on the semester
To continue to grow and improve as a student we must first reflect on what went well during the last semester. Ask yourself the following questions and make note of at least one accomplishment/skill that you want to remember for next semester and one thing you would like to refine/improve on.
- What is something I accomplished this semester that I’m proud of?
- What is the biggest challenge I faced this semester?
- What is one way I surprised myself?
- Did I use my time wisely?
- How much time did I have to spend on coursework outside of lecture?
- What have I learned about myself this semester? (This could be study habits, mindset, skills, etc.)
- Have I created a healthy balance? (social vs. school)
